​FABUFILL platinum fibre insulation is made of polyester of recycled PET bottles (“plastic” coldrink bottles) that are heat bonded without any chemicals or added fire retardants.

It is completely recyclable and 100% People and Nature Friendly.

It comes with simple and safe, easy to install rolls. It is non-allergenic, non-irritant and extremely flexible. No special health and safety precautions are required when installing FABUFILL.

It will not absorb moisture and will dry naturally regaining its resistance and density if exposed to water. It has been tested and is safe to use in both residential and commercial applications.

It will not contribute to the spread of flame and the product will self-extinguish once the heat source is removed. FABUFILL is non-toxic. There are no chemicals additives and it is completely odourless. It is maintenance free, retains its insulation capacity and does not degrade overtime.

FABUFILL has a TYPE 1 classification. The standard width of FABUFILL is 1200mm. The density of the material is 10.1kg/m3 which provide residential and commercial properties with the perfect temperatures during both winter and summer.

Fabufill Installation

FABUFILL is easy to install. All you need is a measuring tape, scissors and a balancing plank.

​The distance between roof beams is measured. FABUFILL is then rolled out onto the ceiling board. When desired area is covered, the material is cut to size making sure there are no gaps.

Cavities are cut around light fittings or down lights to prevent overheating of fixtures.
